At CI&T, I stepped in as SME on Emergency Victoria two months before deadline, helping align engineering scope, delivery priorities, and stakeholders. At Deloitte Digital, I worked across enterprise and banking apps for clients including NAB and Virgin Money Australia. On a warehouse enterprise app, I was brought in during hyper-care to identify bottlenecks and improve performance by approximately 40%.
