We may collect:

• Enquiry information: your email address, name and any information you include when contacting us by email.
• Customer and transaction information: information available through Stripe, such as your name, email address, country and payment status.
• Project information: personal information contained in materials or app data you provide or authorise us to access when delivering services.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the website. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated usage data without cookies. We do not use advertising tracking tools.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver and support our services, manage payments and maintain business, tax and accounting records.

Stripe collects and processes payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We store correspondence in our email account and client materials in drive storage. We use providers for email, file storage, hosting and payment processing, including Vercel and Stripe.

These providers may store or process information outside Australia. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information for service delivery, ongoing client support, business recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
