Service Terms

Your purchase includes the services and deliverables described in the offer presented at the time of purchase, together with any proposal or additional scope agreed in writing.

Additional work or changes to the scope, including any additional fees, must be agreed in writing before proceeding.

A separately accepted proposal takes precedence over these terms where it expressly provides otherwise.

Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The price, currency and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout or in your proposal. Third-party subscriptions and platform costs are not included unless expressly stated.

Delivery timelines are stated in your offer or agreed in writing. Unless otherwise stated, work begins once we have received the required payment, access and information, and completed any agreed kickoff call.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, authorised access and timely feedback or approvals. Delays in receiving these may affect delivery dates. We will communicate any resulting changes.

You must have permission to share any materials or data supplied for the work. Where practical, provide aggregated or de-identified data rather than identifiable app-user information.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or client cancellation, except under any refund guarantee expressly included with your purchase or where required by law.

The eligibility, request period and other conditions of a refund guarantee are those stated at the time of purchase. To request a refund, email gloria.ooi.co@gmail.com within the applicable period.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Recommendations and analysis are based on the information available at the time.

We do not guarantee a particular conversion rate, revenue increase or statistically conclusive experiment result. Outcomes depend on factors including traffic, audience, product performance, data quality and third-party systems.

Upon full payment, we assign to you ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding our pre-existing materials and reusable tools.

We retain ownership of our existing templates, methods, frameworks and reusable code. Where these are incorporated into a deliverable, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use and modify them as part of that deliverable for your business.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.

Both parties will keep confidential information received during the engagement confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services. This obligation does not apply to information already public, independently obtained lawfully, or required to be disclosed by law.

We will access client systems and data only as authorised for the agreed work. Any specific security, retention or deletion requirements must be agreed in writing.

We will obtain your permission before using your name or project materials in a public case study. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to your purchase.

Updates to these terms apply to future purchases and do not change an existing engagement unless agreed in writing.
